YET ANOTHER CORPORATE
SCANDAL!

ORLANDO, FL - In the wake of the Enron, WorldCom, and Xerox corporate scandals, Internet cornerstone humor website "mommarama.com" has restated its net humor numbers today acknowledging investor fears that the books were not only cooked, they were parboiled, sautéed, and then grilled to perfection.

Mommarama founder, Susan Kawa, under pressure from investigators, admitted that, "My columns are not really as funny as they sound. In fact, I have been overstating their humor quotient hoping that eventually the chuckles would catch up with expectations. If I just had a little more time…"

Furthermore, auditors uncovered evidence that Kawa was extracting laughs for personal gain. "Laughter is the best medicine, you know. And if you've been reading, you'll know that I dropped a rather heavy object on my toe recently. I needed the extra chuckles to nurse me through the loss of a toenail. I had every intention of putting the laughs back where I got them."

When probed more about the mis- appropriation of guffaws, Kawa became indignant. "I'm confident I will be exonerated, so I can get back to this ridiculousness."
